Desmos is a beautiful, free, graphing tool that offers a tremendous flexibility. Students can use sliders to play and explore transformations of graphs. The ability to imbed images allows my students to write equations to model the parabola formed by a water fountain. With Google sign in, my students can send me graphs they created. A colleague had students build drawings from linear functions with restricted domains. This is the best graphed I have found, and it is free.

If you search on the App Store "Downy premium calculator" it shows you the BIGGEST ripoff and plagiarism. Downy totally just stole this from Desmos and tried to make money off of it. They should be sued because Im pretty sure Desmos is copyrighted. Desmos is in fact the original owner of this amazing free graphing calculator and no one should bother getting Downy. I use this calculator all the time to quickly see what a function might look like and to see if my solutions to problems are correct. Last time I used this was today when I wanted to see if sqrt(5) really was the vertical translation of a circle (with radius=1) be inscribed inside abs(2x). Then, thanks again to the power of Desmos, I could very easily alter the equations with a slider to prove that the height of the circle will always be sqrt(n^2+1) to be inscribed inside y=abs(nx). This calculator is perfect for people who want to perform complicated mathematical experiments and for the people who just want quick answers to common calculations. Its for anyone.

We use this app in class and it makes these problems so much easier! :)

Not goings to spend to much of your time in description, just a great app that will see you through algebra and geometry.

Schools need to find a way to incorporate this powerful technology more and more. Most of us came through and outdated world of paper and pencil plotting dots and exploring functions. This type of software needs to be in all of our students hands from middle school on! Great work on the app, the website and the overall program. Geogebra is great too but they havent made their software as accessible just yet...thanks!

I downloaded this "game" about a week ago and let me tell you its terrible. There is no plot, the action is really dull and when you finally get to the last level the boss isnt even hard. I bought about $100 in extra coins and even then the game seemed empty. I would give it no stars if I could

It looks like you can do polar graphs but when I put in the coordinates, it comes out wrong. Besides that I love it but the polar graphing is deceiving so it is only getting two stars
